TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with AUDORA you agree to these terms. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or stock error. Limited and Exclusive pieces are one per customer unless stated otherwise, orders that look like reseller bulk-buys may be cancelled.
We can update these terms at any time; the version live at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Audora Fashion handles personal information, purchases, cookies, email subscriptions and privacy requests.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship from Adelaide within 2 business days. Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $180. Standard AU delivery 2 to 5 business days; express 1 to 2. International 5 to 12 business days, costs calculated at checkout, international customers are responsible for any local duties or taxes.
Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
30 days to return any unworn main-line piece with tags attached, free return shipping within Australia, refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving it. Exclusive AUDORA pieces are made-to-order one-offs and final sale.
Faulty item? That's on us regardless of the window, contact us and we'll replace or refund including shipping. Nothing in these policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
USER CONDUCT & CONTENT
All AUDORA designs, photography, the butterfly mark, and site content are our intellectual property, personal use only, no reproduction for resale. Tagging us in your fit pics gives us permission to reshare them with credit; DM us to have one taken down.
Don't abuse the store: no scraping, bot checkouts, fraudulent chargebacks, or harassment of our team. We can refuse service where this happens.
